TOS & Info

GENERAL

I require payment upfront before engaging in any kind of business.All prices are set in USD.I do not offer refunds.I am able to take payment through PayPal, but occasionally will accept Steam gift cards. You can reach out to me to discuss any questions you may have.I retain the right to deny any work for any reason, with or without notice. This will always occur before payment is sent.I have a TAT (Turnaround Time) expectancy of 4-8 weeks. I often work quicker than this, but this time frame is in place to cover any emergencies or priorities I may have.You may use my work in personal or non-commercial projects with credit to me.I do not consent to the use of my work in NFTs/Crypto or AI.I do not consent to the modification of my work done by those who are not myself.Do not trace my work and attempt to claim it as your own. I am OK with tracing my work as long as it is used for learning purposes, and if posted, is credited properly._{If I find that you are in violation of any of these regulations, you will be blacklisted permanently and blocked.}

COMMISSIONS

Payment is required up-front, in full. I do not accept half of payment before and half of payment after. I am willing to do payment plans, but the total cost of the commission must be paid before I begin work.I reserve the right to use your customized illustration as an example of my skills and style, and am allowed to post it to my various sites. I will never claim your character as my own.A privacy fee is applied if you wish for me to not use the commission as an example of my skills or share it in any way. If this option is selected, you will still receive the file as normal, but it will not be displayed on any socials of mine, nor any portfolios. It will be on you to share this piece if you desire to do so, and credit is still required.To take payment, I use PayPal. I am also able to use CashApp or Venmo, but PayPal is my preferred vendor. I will require an appropriate email in order to send an invoice for the commission being purchased, on top of using it as a last resort for contact.If I am working on a commission for you, I will expect responses back. I will reach out to you weekly for a full month if there are no responses-- if there continue to be no responses in this time, I will cancel the order with a strict no-refund policy after 3 months from last "check-in." This is to help keep my queue clear, and prevent confusion with outstanding orders. I will keep track of the time the commission was ordered, and when the last "check-in" was sent.If you will be away an extended amount of time, please just let me know! Life is nuanced, and I'm no stranger to emergencies popping up. I am willing to work with your situation as long as you do not ghost me. If communication is established beforehand about an extended amount of time away or other circumstance, then your order will not be cancelled as long as communication is returned within a year.

Adopts / Customs

If you are unhappy with how a custom design looks during commissioning a custom from me, I will revise it until you are satisfied with the outcome.Any designs scrapped during a custom designing process that are not similar to the final design may be turned into an adopt or personal design.I am willing to hold a design for up to 2 weeks at no charge or hassle. I will put a design back up for sale if you are unable to pay within that time frame.

Art Trades

Before I complete my half of the trade, I require at least a sketch or other acceptable WIP (Work In Progress) from your side.I will do my best to stay accurate to your character.
